Rope Skipping

Rope Skipping

Rope Skipping is a CCA which helps students to improve their fitness and agility as they take the responsibility to learn the various skipping skills. It also develops them in their resilience and endurance, thus enables them to have the strong will-power to persevere.

There is a variety of events and skills to learn and participate in. From Creative Individual, Pair and Team to Speed Individual, Double Under, Double Dutch and Speed Relays. The rope skippers learn and progress at their own pace through the 3 levels of skills before they get to participate in the Zonal and National competitions yearly.

We are proud of our achievements at the Zonal and National competitions this year. The results are as follows.
