Taekwondo is a Korean martial art.

In our school, we focus mainly on Poomsae. These are sets of prescribed formal sequences of movements that demonstrate mastery of posture, positioning, and technique. Practitioners in these ranks generally wear belts ranging in color from white (the lowest rank) to black (mastery).

Pupils undergo grading sessions for promotion to the next higher belt twice yearly. Values such as discipline, respect, resilience, responsibility are instilled during training sessions, which promote character development.
